Titanium Pipe Overview
Titanium pipe is available in two major types:
- Seamless Pipe – Made from solid titanium billet, best for high-pressure or critical applications.
- Welded Pipe – Made from titanium sheet/coil; more cost-effective for general use.
Titanium Pipe Sizes
Standard Dimensions (per ASTM B861/B862)
Size Type |
Range |
Outside Diameter (OD) |
6 mm – 600 mm (¼” – 24″) |
Wall Thickness |
0.5 mm – 25 mm (Schedule 5S to 160) |
Length |
3 m, 6 m standard; custom cuts available |
⚙️ Pipes are often sized by Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) in inches and Schedule (wall thickness).
